For 15+ years, I’ve held titles like Chief of Staff and Vice President. The job has stayed the same: I find what’s broken, build what fixes it, and leave people better than I found them.
If you’ve worked in tech long enough, you’ve probably interacted with companies I’ve helped through something difficult. I helped Zynga through a $7B Nasdaq IPO, Schoology through an acquisition that reached 20M users, and Bark through a $1.6B SPAC. I helped Novo scale through a valuation run from $120M to $700M. And at Subquadratic, I joined as employee #8 and built the operating infrastructure behind a $29M seed and a 12M-token model.
The through-line: I make people, teams, and companies more efficient. I fix what’s not working, build strong teams, and lead the leaders who run them. I’m an operator.
I have hard conversations without making people feel bad, whether it’s with a teammate, a peer, or a CEO I report to. Most people want to do good work. They just need clear expectations and someone willing to tell them the truth, with some warmth behind it.
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and spent my formative years as an athlete and an actor. Since leaving corporate tech, I’ve been volunteering my strategy and ops brain with nonprofits and small tech companies, and spending the rest of my time chasing everything else I never had room for. I’ve been to 36+ countries across five continents, and most days you’ll find me powerlifting or in a hot yoga class.

I work with founders and operators at inflection points, when things are growing quickly, breaking quietly, or both. If something feels off but you can’t quite see it, that’s usually where I come in.
I also coach operators and rising leaders through their own inflection points: a new scope, a harder team, a decision about what’s next.
